Carine - Ross Copeland

Ross CopelandRoss is a retired public servant, age 62. He has a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources. Ross has been married to Pam for almost 40 years and they have 4 daughters and 5 grandchildren. |
He has lived and worked in Melbourne, Wellington NZ, Canberra and Perth. He worked in both the Commonwealth and WA public service, mainly in industrial relations and human resources but also in various policy, administrative and management roles. On moving to WA in 1990 he settled in Carine and has remained in the same location ever since. Having lived in the area for 18 years he is well aware of local issues.
Ross is passionate about human rights and social justice issues. He joined the Greens as they are the only political party firmly committed to positive action in these areas. Ross sincerely hopes that his grandchildren are able to grow up in a fair, equitable and sustainable society.
